What we collect
MomentPick helps you sort camera-roll photos. Originals stay on your device in the MVP. If you sign in, we store account email and portfolio collections you choose to publish (Firebase Auth / Firestore when enabled). Cloud analysis uses compressed thumbnails only when AI is enabled. Hosting logs may include IP, browser, and timestamps. We do not sell personal information and do not run advertising SDKs in this version.
How we use information
To triage photos, keep optional published collections, and answer support. Where EU/UK law applies, MackSims LLC is the controller. Lawful bases: the service you request, legitimate interests (security), and consent for optional sign-in or optional AI processing.
Cookies and Do Not Track
Essential local storage and session cookies run the app. We do not use advertising cookies. We do not currently respond to browser Do Not Track signals because we do not run third-party ads.
Your controls
Clear site storage for local data. Email privacy@macksims.com with subject “Privacy Request” for access, correction, deletion, or other rights (GDPR/UK GDPR and California-style requests). Appeal denials with subject “Privacy Appeal.” Company deletion: macksims.com/account-deletion.
Children
MomentPick is for ages 13 and up. It is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect children’s personal information.
Store labels, retention, security
Apple/Google privacy forms should match this notice (photos on device; optional account/email; optional AI thumbnails; no ads SDK). We are based in the United States. Hosting logs typically about 90 days. Verified cloud deletion aims for 30 days live / about 90 days backups. HTTPS. Breach notice as required by Florida and other law.
